These timelines apply when stock is ready and courier movement is normal.
- Inside Dhaka city: customers usually receive orders within 2 days.
- Inside Chattogram city: customers usually receive orders within 2 days.
- Outside Dhaka and Chattogram: delivery normally takes up to 4 days.
- Public holidays, hartal, weather, or courier disruption may delay delivery slightly.
Parcel inspection at delivery
Customers can verify the order at the doorstep in a reasonable way.
- The customer may open an intact parcel and sniff or inspect the item at delivery.
- If the parcel is not broken, the product is not damaged, and the correct item was sent, the customer must pay the delivery person and receive the order.
- Inspection does not mean full-use trial. It is only for basic checking at handover.
Return and rejection policy
Returns are accepted for clear fulfillment issues.
- The order may be rejected or returned if the parcel arrives broken.
- The order may be rejected or returned if the product is damaged.
- The order may be rejected or returned if the wrong product was delivered.
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted after a correct and undamaged item is delivered.
