These terms apply to purchases made through Scent & Soul. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these basic store rules.

Orders and confirmation
- Orders are subject to stock availability and order confirmation.
- We may contact the customer by phone or message to confirm details before dispatch.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if product availability, pricing, or customer information is clearly incorrect.
Product information and authenticity
- We aim to keep product names, pricing, variant sizes, and descriptions accurate.
- Products are sold as described on the listing. If a product is inspired, that should be clearly mentioned on the product itself.
- Small color or packaging differences may happen due to supplier batch changes, photography, or screen settings.
Pricing and payments
- All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka.
- Delivery charge may apply depending on shipping location.
- For cash on delivery orders, the customer must pay the delivery person if the item is correct and undamaged at handover.
Delivery, inspection, and acceptance
- Customers may inspect an intact parcel and sniff the product during delivery handover.
- If the parcel is not broken, the product is not damaged, and the correct product was sent, the customer must accept the parcel and complete payment.
- Delivery timing can change because of courier delays, weather, strikes, or public holidays.
Returns, refusal, and support
- Returns or refusal are allowed for broken parcels, damaged products, or wrong items.
- Returns are not accepted for preference-based issues after receiving the correct and undamaged item.
- Support decisions may require parcel photos, product photos, or order verification.
